11th Street, NW between Park and Monroe next to the former KBC/Good Silver space
I’ll be interested to see the properties you come up with. The ones that jumped to my mind, besides the one in the photo above, were the former 4Ps in Cleveland Park and the former Romeo and Juliet (White Tiger) on Capitol Hill. So what are some other prime spaces that are currently vacant? Do you think they’re vacant because the price per square foot has just gotten too expensive or something else, like it’s tied up in the courts or something. I think I’ll add the Argonaut space on H Street, NE too. OK, what other properties are vacant that really shouldn’t be?
