“I just witnessed the end of a strange incident. From what I could make out – The white car attempted to drive around a large truck on K Street, drove on to the sidewalk of Farragut Square, crushed a metal trashcan and then cut the truck off almost smashing into a cop car. I don’t think anyone was hurt. No idea what they were thinking.”
