GoFundMe launched for “innocent bystander shot in the head” on Kennedy Street 12:20pm New Year’s Day

From GoFundMe:

“On January 1, 2019, our friend was shot in the head as an innocent bystander in NW DC. He is critically injured and will need surgery, rehabilitation time, and lots of medical care.

The last thing he, his girlfriend, his family, or his dog need to worry about is money. So if you’re able, please chip in what you can and share with your networks so we can help out. Thank you.”

“Dear PoPville,

Did you see this story of an innocent bystander getting shot in the head near Jackie Lee’s?”

NBC Washington reported:

“It appears that the victim in this case may have been an unintended target who was visiting one of the local establishments here,” police chief Peter Newsham said.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
