Whole Foods, lots of delicious restaurants (Le Dip, Barcelona, Ghibellina) and bars are just minutes away. The Dupont Circle (red line), McPherson Square (orange, silver, blue) and Mt. Vernon Square/Convention Center (green, yellow) Metro stops are all approximately a 15 minute walk.

The quaint unit is approximately 500 SF and has been recently painted and renovated. The spruced up studio includes:
