At Thomas Circle looking north on 14th Street

“The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close lanes on 14th Street NW between Thomas Circle and Florida Avenue NW from 9:00 pm on Wednesday, December 12 until 5:00 am on Thursday, December 13, weather permitting.
These temporary lane closures are necessary
to complete the installation of fire hydrants as a part of the ongoing 14th Street NW Streetscape project. This work is expected to last through April 2019 at different locations throughout the project area.
Motorists should expect delays and are advised to obey signage and stay alert when traveling through this area.”
