“Dear PoPville,
Most DC residents have become all too familiar with the “holiday house” located on 16th Street NW. For the last decade+ the owners of the home have delighted the NW corridor with elaborate holiday decor covering nearly every square inch of their front yard.

The light that was formerly shining on my commute home has now been snuffed. The only decor on display in the unlit yard at the holiday house are rotting pumpkins. So, what gives?”
Update: Comments have been closed due to the revelation of personal issues at play. Apologies. The display will be missed but wishing peace to all involved.
