My girlfriend and her friend were walking along U Street near the metro station, and they both ended up with gum on them; my girlfriend in her purse, and her friend on her backpack . They are sure it happened somewhere along U Street near the Metro Station. Please warn other readers that there is/are creep(s) in the neighborhood and
that they should make sure there purses/bags are always closed, as well as being aware of their surroundings. It occurred Monday around 12:15. They were apparently huge pieces of gum, the equivalent of several sticks/pieces combined. My girlfriend’s friend said she noticed someone close behind them for a while, but didn’t think much of it at the time.”
