In 2012, PoPville looked at the upper unit in this two unit boutique condo, which, at the time was listed for sale for $514,900. The thread elicited 33 comments.

At that time, nearly seven years ago, that upper unit settled for $485,500. net, after 243 days on market.

That upper unit sold again in February 2018, after 29 days on market, for $605,000. The Line Hotel, at the other end of the block, had just started pre-opening events.

The subject unit, which is a main floor flat, not basement, went under contract in just over a week, 4% above list price.

The listing agent for the subject transaction was Ron Sitrin with Long and Foster Real Estate, Inc. Carl Lopes, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, represented the Purchaser.
