I walked by the former Dancing Crab building last night and noticed there is a proposal for a zone change from MU-4 to MU-5B to allow for a 80 foot building. Checked the ANC 3E website for more info, and there’s a resolution in support of this zone change, provided the developer provides “amenities” to the neighborhood.
