It’s a comfortable, furnished, three bedroom, 2.5 bath house with washer dryer, dishwasher, a/c, nice gas stove and a cute backyard which you can use to park a car if you’re not into street parking.
I feel ethically obligated to disclose that there are also drug dealers next door.
They hang out in front of the house, they litter and they’re noisy. I have been working to ameliorate this situation since they moved in two months ago, but obviously cannot guarantee it will be resolved by the time I leave.
Because of this, I’m offering to rent the house significantly below market value. All utilities are included. Normally I would not allow pets but because of this situation, I am accepting tenants with dogs. Sorry, no cats. I am violently allergic. Happy to discuss more. Thanks!”
