“Fabian Jarrin announced today that Eva’s Burger Bar and Mexican Grill will be opening in the former Taco-ma location of Takoma, DC. Eva’s, named after his grandmother, Evodia, will feature a fresh menu with recipes crafted from a fusion of Traditional Mexican, Latin, and Classic American Grill Fare.
Eva’s 30+ years in the DC food scene will resonate throughout the menu. Additionally, Eva’s will provide a full bar featuring craft cocktails, beer, and wine with All Day Happy Hour specials every day of the week. Eva’s is anticipated to open mid-July 2018.”
