A two-bedroom and two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse unit near Logan and Dupont Circle is available for $3,549/month on June 1st. The first floor has the kitchen, living room, dining room, and half bath. The second floor has both bedrooms and full bathrooms. You will have some garden space outside.

The windows in the bedrooms and living area let in a great deal of natural light. In addition, there is a white brick fireplace that contrasts beautifully with hardwood floors. If you wish to have a pet, there is no extra fee, we only need to know ahead of time.

Location-wise, you will be within walking distance to the Metro Center and McPherson Square stops, Logan Circle, and Dupont Circle. While your first month’s rent will be required, your security deposit can be paid over a span of 2-3 months.
