Cafe Pirqa, a Peruvian fast casual food company based in Washington, DC and operating out of Union Kitchen has opened a pop up shop at Peregrine Espresso. They will be serving fresh empanadas and Peruvian desserts after the coffee shop closes every ThursdaySaturday in the months of April and May.
