Pale Fire Brewing is getting ready to launch full distribution in D.C. and we’re celebrating at Little Coco’s with the founder, Tim, with a four course dinner (just $45) paired with Salad Days Saison, Deadly Rhythm Pale Ale, Village Green Double IPA & Lucille Oatmeal Stout.

Come for dinner at 6:30pm on Tuesday, March 20th or just to try Pale Fire brews with Tim at 8:30pm afterward.

Here’s the menu:

Citrus Salad – jalapeno, olive, riccotta salata, pistachio; Village Green Double IPA
Cacio e Pepe – spaghetti, black pepper, pecorino, lemon-parsley crumb; Salad Days Saison
Grilled Shortrib – polenta, tomato jam, hazelnut; Deadly Rhythm Pale Ale
Apple Butter Cannoli; Lucille Oatmeal Stout”
