From Right Proper:
“The cheese mongers at Right Proper Brewing Company Shaw Brewpub are taking their eclectic cheeses and creating twists on the classic sandwich for the month of April. The pop-up will run Tuesdays through Thursdays in April, 12pm – 3pm, to provide a quick lunch option in the Shaw neighborhood. At least two savory combinations and one sweet combination will be available, with selections rotating throughout the month.
Examples of the offerings include: Onion Jam and Taleggio on Sourdough; Orange Marmalade with Fontina and Ibores on a Cinnamon Raisin Loaf; Tarragon Mustard with Taleggio and Ashbrook on Sourdough. Grilled Cheese sandwiches will cost $7, with an option to add bacon to any sandwich. Right Proper beers, bottled sodas, and house-made kettle chips will also be available. Guests will order at the cheese counter and can nd a seat in the dining room or on the patio, or take the grilled cheese to go. Coincidentally, April 12th is National Grilled Cheese Day, so come celebrate with us!
The April 3rd launch comes just in time to replace another form of melted cheese at the cheese counter – the last Fondue Monday until the fall will be on March 26th.“
