“I spotted this hawk in the alley behind Exxon on Parkwood Place at 14th Street, NW. It was right outside of my window like 10 feet from me. I saw it a few days later sitting on our deck. Our deck is only on the second story so it was funny to see a hawk so low and so exposed.”
