More signs of spring starting to sprout – from the Golden Triangle BID:

“New blockbusters, cult favorites and an all-time classic will highlight this summer’s 10-movie Golden Cinema season of outdoor movies in Farragut Square, presented by the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District as part of its signature Farragut Fridays series.

Outdoor movies will be shown at sunset every Friday beginning on June 1 and running through the first week of August. Academy Award Best Picture Nominee The Post will kick off the series on Friday, June 1 and the new, box office smash Black Panther will close out the 10-week series on Friday, August 3.

This is the sixth season of the Golden Triangle’s free movie series, which each year attracts thousands of movie fans to enjoy some of their favorite films under the stars. Pursuant to National Park Service regulations, all movies shown in the series are rated G, PG, or PG-13.

“Golden Cinema is a phenomenal event that brings families, friends and co-workers together for a relaxing evening or a date night, to watch movie favorites under the stars and in the iconic setting of Farragut Square,” said Leona Agouridis, Golden Triangle BID Executive Director. “It’s a great way to unwind at the end of a long work week and we are always thrilled to welcome hundreds of movie fans to enjoy these special evenings with us.”

This year’s Golden Cinema schedule is as follows:

Two rain dates are held for August 10 and 17, if needed. More information about the Golden Cinema Film Series can be found at https://goldentriangledc.com.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
