Thanks to all who’ve messaged. Pat reminds me this morning:

“Jenkins Capital BBQ at 14 and Monroe looks out of business, place has been closed for over a week.”

Their Facebook hasn’t been updated since late September. So much for the early word. : ( Updates when we learn what’s going on with the space.
