“Causing a traffic jam for thousands of commuters. This is total BS”

Josh writes:

“A Home Depot delivery truck parked itself on 16th St NW ( southbound), right where it intersects with Irving St, at 8:45 AM! It started unloading for a construction site without a care that they were causing a traffic jam for thousands of commuters. This is total BS.

Turned that intersection into one southbound lane and forced everyone to merge. Cars were still getting through, but in a trickle.

I didn’t get a look at the sign – but this can’t be legal at that time, right? Wait until 9:30 or 10 for your deliveries if you can’t get there before rush hour starts.”
