I have a Chevy Volt and use the charge point at 14 and U St, NW. When I just went there were two cars non charging that were using the spot. The one car had an occupant, and I asked her to move since it is an assigned spot. She was very rude and asked me what I was going to do about it (which was really not much), and then proceeded to tell me “f*ck off f*g”. Is there anything that could be done about these parking violations?”
