“H Street newcomer Bar Elena will launch brunch service this Saturday, December 2, 2017.
The menu features brunch classics, salads, sandwiches, and shellfish, and Bar Elena’s seafood offerings are showcased throughout. Highlights include Lobster Benedict, Moules Frites, a Fried Oyster Frittata, and Cornmeal Pancakes served with smoked salmon, bacon, onions, and cheddar gravy.
Bar Elena’s beverage menu focuses on local beers and spirits, and brunch selections include several sparkling options like Mimosas, Poinsettias, and Bellinis. Bloody Marys, Micheladas, and Caesars are on the menu to showcase the raw bar offerings.

Diners seeking hangover cures can order a Spaghetti Sandwich, one of Bar Elena’s signature dishes that combines baguette, pasta, tomato sauce and Grana Padano cheese, or a Corpse Reviver #2 – a classic hair of the dog cocktail made with gin and absinthe.
Bar Elena’s arcade will be open during brunch hours so guests can enjoy skee-ball, pinball, and tabletop Pac Man.
Brunch will be offered every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm. Reservations can be made online or by phone at 202-450-3265.”
