“Apparently folks have already figured out how to steal the dockless bikes. MPD is dealing with a rash of bikes that have had their rear brake locks knocked off. They apparently can’t arrest people on them until the company reports them as stolen.”
So maybe this explains this scene from yesterday.
Another Mike sends: “This bike, seen at Union Market, got into fight and lost. I’m not even sure how just the basket broke–rest of the bike looks OK.”
