It also located about halfway between Adams Morgan and Howard University.
As you can see from the photos, the kitchen and living room have an open floor plan, so the entire apartment gets great light is very spacious. The master bedroom is huge and can easily fit a bed, desk, couch, coffee table, and lounge chair.
The apartment is furnished, so you won’t have to spend time or money getting furniture.
I’m looking to sublet it starting in November. I can flexible about the end date.
