AS NEW EATERIES, RESTAURANTS AND GROCERY MARKETS OPEN, THIS RAT INFESTATION PROBLEM IS RAPIDLY BECOMING A VERY SERIOUS PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERN. OUR PREVIOUS FERAL CAT POPULATION KEPT THESE VERY DANGEROUS AND FILTHY RODENTS AT BAY.
CATS ARE THE NATURAL PREDATOR OF RATS AND MICE
THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE TO KILL RATS OR MICE. THEIR PHEROMONES KEEP MOST OF THEM AT BAY. SADLY, THE RATS ARE NOW FREE TO OVER POPULATE AND TO INVADE OUR HOMES! WHAT’S JUST AS BAD AS YOUR HOME BURNING DOWN? HAVING RATS INFEST ITS WALLS! RESALE VALUES WILL PLUMMET.
YOU MAY HATE CATS BUT, THEY SERVE AS OUR GUARDIAN ANGELS! THEY HELP TO PREVENT RATS AND MICE FROM ENTERING OUR PROPERTIES.
