    Looks like a normal sized dishwasher and stove. Good stuff for a studio.

    Pretty nice for the price – full kitchen and walk in closet! And it’d be easy to make a seperate sleeping area with free standing shelves. If I was currently looking I’d snatch it up.

    the parking claim is 100% false. i used to live in the building next door. it’s not easy to find parking (it’s only on one side of the street for the most part) and the rush hour parking enforcement is extremely aggressive, despite tunlaw not having much traffic and never using the curb lane for traffic. but it’s close to AU- perfect for a student, and you’ll be surrounded by tons more of them. and none of the other surrounding buildings have roof decks or pools.
