I remember this same posting from last year (same furniture even!). I wanted to look at it, but the leasing agent never emailed me back about open house times after her first initial response. It’s a shame because it’s in such a great area!

  • There’s only one window.

    • Aren’t there two? One in one of the bedrooms (meaning that the other technically isn’t a bedroom), and the other in the living room?

  • Also, why does the pic of the front of the house look like it was badly photoshopped to conceal the under-the-stoop front entrance? Sheesh, I’m even looking for a 2BR in this area but I wouldn’t touch this place.

    • That _is_ mighty weird. The Craigslist ad shows the actual street address (3415 Brown Street NW), and the Google Street View from May 2014 shows an under-the-stoop entrance.
      .
An under-the-stoop entrance is certainly preferable to having no front entrance at all and having to enter through the alley.

  • https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/doc/apa/6122598335.html is its next door neighbor, half the price and a one bedroom. so this seems $$
