My breath is still here.. especially after reading no pets allowed

The apartments here are decent, but window A/C units are kind of a pain. No W/D, and no dishwasher. You are really just paying for the square footage. The only utility covered is water, unless you could garbage collection as a utility. The one thing that wasn’t mentioned was the rooftop, which is actually pretty nice with great views.

    • Does the roof still have strict hours though?
(My info is super old, I moved out 6 years ago and basically agree with everything you said. those kitchens are tiny and I can reach wall to wall in them. I don’t miss the apartment sized stove)

I think that it’s open until 11pm. They just got a bunch of furniture so it looks pretty good.

The noisiness that is 16th Street would bother me more than anything else. Square footage is very nice to have.

Probably depends on where the apartment faces, though. I lived in 16th St for years and never had street noise problems, but I faced the back of the building. (I did face Stead Field, which meant Adult Kickball League noise, but that’s a different story.)

Another farce of a listing. Overpriced by at least $500

You think this unit should be $1700/month??
I think it might be a little overpriced, but not by anywhere near that amount.
940 square feet for a one-bedroom is HUGE.

On 16th St at that square footage? You’re not in touch with rental prices

It’s fine and all, but I’d rather pay a couple hundred less for 1 br than to have all that excessive living room space. I always get a sketchy vibe from those 16th street apartments though.
