This is very sad and very scary, especially since she is not a permanent DC resident. Thoughts are with her loved ones.

So very tragic. I wish her loved ones peace.

A sad week in DC. This horrible crime and another murder earlier in the week. This didn’t make it to Popville but on Monday a college freshman home from college was shot and killed in Ward 7. An innocent bystander standing in a park with her sister.

I hope the police find the people who did these horrible crimes.

Sad and scary — reminds me of the murder of Tricia McCauley over Christmas.

It’s terrifying to be a single woman living alone in DC right now.

Wondering if there is any connection to the break-in, sexual assault, & burglary in Kalorama three weeks ago. The woman was also tied up. Makes me uneasy as there are so many unsolved crimes against women in DC.

    • stacksp

Unsolved crimes period. Everyday there are more reported missing teens and plenty of unsolved murders , assaults etc . DC has ever variety of crime imaginable

  • Reality

Sad – hoping the person who did this is captured quickly.
