“Dear PoPville,

I adopted a 1.5 year old Bichon Frise about a month ago from the Humane Rescue Alliance NY Ave location. I renamed him Prince, though he was adopted as Valor.

He went missing from the dog sitter at my house yesterday around 3pm. Please help me get my baby home!”

Prince was lost March 18, 2017 near 49th St NE and Nannie Helen Borroughs. He is a 1.5-year-old white Bichon Frise. He was not wearing a collar at the time. He has a green mark near incision site of neutering. Prince is very calm and is probably scared and hiding. Please contact (225)937-0082

I saw a similar little white dog walking down the sidewalk near on Nannie Helen Boroughs this weekend. I was driving by and noticed the dog. But I just assumed the owner was near by walking the dog off leash. I’m sorry I wish I stopped. This was closer to Division Ave. My husband is home all day and will probably take our dog out for a walk in Marvin Gaye Park a few times today. I will tell him to keep his eyes out for a little white dog.
Good Luck. And if you haven’t yet post this to Nextdoor and to the ward 7 listserv.

Another neighbor saw him and took him into their house on 47th!

I hope they find the pupper.

Thanks to the view on this post, someone saw him and picked him up! We have been reunited and I couldn’t be more thankful for Popville!
