Great location– can pretty much walk to anything you might need. But wow that’s a tiny space.

A nitpick: this is dubbed a “best address” by James Goode, in a book published by Smithsonian Press. But the Smithsonian doesn’t bestow that title.

Great little space. I’d have to do some serious Kon Mari to live here with my equally minimalist cat; but great little space.

Great location, but I’ll bet it’s really noisy.

Wow great memories! I lived here from 2006-2010ish. I was in the 1 bedroom which was about 500sq ft for 1k. We were on the back of the building and it wasn’t too noisy at all (except when they built the Jefferson). Lots of hookers and pimps back then, but I don’t think that’s an issue anymore. Location is amazing. I also liked the quirks about the building. Still one of my favorite apartments ever. The manager was amazing too, she was super sweet and knew all of us. I’m guessing she isn’t there anymore

I’m a couple blocks from here. The hookers and pimps are still around in the early hours. However, the location is amazing.

That’s one sad looking bathroom… the “living experience of a lifetime” could possibly be true for those who haven’t lived much…

    $1680 for under 400 sq? That’s insane.

    • Anon Spock

All utilities included in a prime location doesn’t seem too bad.

Boy, I remember knowing some people who lived there 15 years ago. Rent was under $1000 a month and included junkie neighbors. How times have changed!
