“Come help Old City CrossFit on HSt NE DC with it’s 1st ever AMSAP Challenge this Veteran’s Day, Nov 11th at 10:30 am! “What’s an AMSAP?” Great question! It means “As Many Sandwiches As Possible.” And we’ll be making these sandwiches in support of the Central Union Mission in DC.

Central Union Mission is a homeless shelter that provides services to people in need, including delicious meals. That’s where Old City and the AMSAP Challenge comes in. Old City is hosting an event on Veteran’s Day (Friday, Nov 11th) from 10:30 – 12. We have a goal of making 200 sandwiches (or more!?), and we need you to help us reach that goal!

There are two ways you can help:

2) Volunteer your time! Just show up at the gym on Nov 11th at 10:30 and get ready to get your sandwich on!
