    Cleary a by-onwer rental. No real estate agent would be stupid enough to 1) not tell you where it is with more specificity, and 2) say it is safe and family friendly – lots of liability there. Stupid for a by-owner listing as well, actually.

      Statements like safe-friendly, great school district, etc have come back to bite realtors and have resulted in lawsuits.

    The location listed is correct – on 7th between Taylor and Upshur. I live on the block and agree it’s a great location, walking distance to most of what’s great about the area and many very nice neighbors and lots of families on the block. We’ve been here >10 years and love it.
