A Guerilla, Gorilla? A pokemon. My head hurts. I have a query in with C-Rot so I’ll update if I hear back from him/her/them too.

What is C-Rot? This is a box that usually has a cable attached to it which stretches across the street. It is used to measure the flow of traffic.

  c-rot / crotch-rot is a tagger/graffiti-er who, among other things, leaves stickers all over the place. there’s a c-rot sticker in the photo.

Looks like the carcass of one of those devices used to measure traffic past a certain point. The black cords that sense wheels plug into those jacks and are strung across the road.
