I bet this place is like 1000 degrees in summer.

Yeah, and I think this is one of the buildings where the management has to switch from A/C to heat and back, meaning hot days in April and October are baaaad. Plus the price is kind of crazy, even for this neighborhood.

  • A penthouse with a Murphy bed. Now I’ve seen it all!

Bless. The Park Princess is all it’s glory. That shit is ratchet.

      LMAO

That Murphy bed is in the living room… not a separate area. Separated by what? Ridiculous to claim this is somehow a junior 1 bedroom. Honestly the views are kinda cool but this is the ugliest building in the city and you should be ashamed to support it in any way.

The room is in the wall…

Agreed — this is most definitely a studio, not a junior one-bedroom. There’s no enclosure or separation of the sleeping area from the rest of the unit.

  • jeezpf

Fairly certain that Murphy bed (when up) is covered by a sheet with a picture of a garage door on it. Hehe. Anyways, the rent is too damn high, imo.

  • SilverSpringGal

Those windows are GORGEOUS. But there’s no way I’m paying $2,500 for a studio. Especially one where I can’t control my own A/C.

Agree, a studio with a murphy bed for $2,500 is ludicrous, even if it has lots of windows.
