Rakuya Japanese Kitchen & Bar Soft Opens in Dupont

1900 Q Street, NW just off Connecticut Ave

Rakuya has reopened, formerly Raku, refreshed just north of Dupont Circle. Currently they are only open for dinner. Lunch should be coming again soon. Anyone stop in for an early taste?
