Is it just me or does this place look like the set of a sitcom?

    • hahaha awesome

    • I was actually about to ask, does this look like Mr. Turner’s apartment from Boy Meets World to anyone else?

      I was thinking Spongebob

Not just you, I had the exact same thought. I think it’s partly the filtering on the photos, but bright colored walls and sunken living rooms are classic 90s/00s sitcom set staples.

If the family on “That 70s Show” was a little “style conscious” it would like this. It’s 70s atrocious.

      I was thinking Kimmy Schmidt!

It’s almost a mile from the nearest Metro station. That is not close in my book.

I came to say the same thing. That’s kind of obnoxious. It’s close to the 90s bus which would actually be convenient and not terrible far from whatever bus it is that goes up Maryland (blanking), but it’s definitely not near Metro.

Yeah, I live nearby and it’s about a 15 minute walk to Union station. Not terribly far, but not really a selling point. Right by the 8th St streetcar stop, though…*cue streetcar haters*

The layout reminds me of the film “Wait Until Dark.”
