“The Metropolitan Police Department and the Department of Transportation would like to inform the public of street closures in conjunction with the 2016 DC Bike Ride scheduled for Sunday, May 22, 2016.

The following streets will be closed on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 11:00 pm, until midnight (12:00 am) on Sunday, May 22, 2016:

Pennsylvania Avenue, NW between 3rd and 7th Streets, NW
Constitution Avenue, NW between Pennsylvania Avenue, NW and 7th Street, NW

The following streets will be closed on Sunday, May 22, 2016, from 6:15 am (unless otherwise marked) until 11:00 am:

1st Street, NW from Pennsylvania Avenue, NW to Maryland Avenue SW
Maryland Avenue, SW from 1st Street, NW to 3rd Street, NW
3rd Street, SW from Maryland Avenue, SW to Pennsylvania Avenue, SW
Independence Avenue, SW from 7th Street, SW to 3rd Street, SW
