“Ripe, hosted by Right Proper Brewing and Kennedy MTI, will be at the Shaw Brewpub on Sunday, April 3, 1pm to 3pm. This year we have 10 local producers and importers (over 40 artisanal cheeses), as well as palate cleansers from Roots & Branches Crackers and Dolcezza Gelato. Melted cheese forms include a raclette and fondue station as well as passed cheesy bites. Crown Finish Caves from Brooklyn, NY will be bringing cheese washed in Right Proper beers. Our house beers have been carefully selected for cheese companionship, with beer and cheese pairing guides available. Tickets are $40 and includes all you can eat cheese, 3 beer samples, tax and gratuity. More information as well as a link to purchase tickets can be found on the Ripe website.”
