“This is your chance to own a piece of DC jazz history. Everything from Bohemian Caverns in DC is being sold at online only auction from the drum set to the sound equipment and barstools.

The sold out shows for this Friday and Saturday night will be the last at Bohemian Caverns. Once the last songs have played the doors will shut for good and everything inside the basement level caverns will be sold at online auction along with the restaurant equipment from the ground floor, and even the disco ball from the third floor night club.

Turntable

There is a little bit of everything in the online auction including five TVs, turntables, stage lighting, speakers, microphones, the keyboard and drum set, restaurant equipment, lounge sofas, patio furniture and more. Everything is happening fast, and by 5 p.m. on Wednesday the 30th the place will be completely empty.

All of these items are being sold by Rasmus Auctions (www.rasmus.com) at internet only auction. Buyers can preview the items for sale on Sunday, March 27th from 12-4 p.m. at 2011 Eleventh Street N.W. Washington, D.C. 20001. The online auction will begin to close on Monday, March 28th at 1:07 p.m. To view and bid on the full inventory click here.”
