It has been a really long road to renovate these dilapidated buildings, and I’m sad to say that DC makes it really difficult to turn around those blighted buildings in your neighborhood. So, when you sit there and wonder “what the hell is taking so long?”, remember that behind *some* of these buildings are owners who are struggling with DCRA and the utility companies. My wife and I learned that the hard way. Either way, the team at Nandos and their designers did an incredible job with the final design. Look forward to many meals here with our H Street neighbors.”
