    Looks like the DC zoning department is playing favorites per usual. Mr. LeGrant and the rest of the crew interrupt the law based upon how they feel that day. This administration claims to be pro-growth but the zoning department unfairly judges each case.

    During the winter months, the large doors and windows on the East/West/South sides of the building will be closed round (as shown in the above photo) so that the top floor can operate year. During the spring/summer/fall months, those large doors will get removed and the large windows open up. Plus, there is a giant skylight in the middle of the ceiling on the top floor that is not visible in these photos.
