From WMATA:

“At 3 p.m., Metro will restore aboveground service on the Blue and Yellow lines, including service to Reagan National Airport. Blue Line trains will operate between Largo Town Center and Huntington, and Yellow Line trains will operate between Mt. Vernon Square and Huntington. Braddock Road Station remains closed at this time.

Metro has already restored service on the following Metrorail lines:

Orange Line: Ballston to New Carrollton
Red Line: Medical Center to Glenmont
Green Line: Fort Totten to Branch Avenue

Trains are currently running every 20-25 minutes, and the system will remain open until midnight. Fares will not be charged on Metrorail on Monday, January 25. Metro will announce the opening of additional Metrorail segments as they are clear of ice and snow.”
