      I’ve just assumed NPS is letting that intersection return to its natural state. Only explanation for what’s happening there.

    I reported a bunch of potholes in December. The number of potholes appearing in the fall was a bit worrisome — usually they don’t crop up until after there’s been much colder weather, snow, snowplowing, etc.
    You can report potholes via 311. I was pretty impressed — I reported some at 4 p.m. one afternoon, and the pothole truck was on my street filling them in THE NEXT MORNING.
