“Found this handsome fellow at the corner of New Hampshire Ave NW and Upshur St NW. Very friendly, looked lost and nervous. Flea collar, but no ID tags. Followed my two dogs and me home. He’ll be at the Washington Humane Society on New York Ave NE.”
