“The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two persons of interest in connection with a Robbery Force and Violence offense, which occurred on Sunday, September 27, 2015, at approximately 2:00 am, near the intersection of 9th and T Streets, Northwest.
