“Avoid the intersection at 15th & W & Florida Ave”

“Construction has begun in earnest on the 15th & W & Florida Ave. intersection. Cars traveling west on FL from 14th can NO LONGER head down New Hampshire Ave. to 16th. Drivers can only turn left onto W. More info:
