From MPD just before 11pm Monday night:

“The Fifth District is currently investigating a shooting in the 800 Blk of 20th St NE.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.”

Ed. Note: Early Sunday morning there was a shooting homicide in the 800 block of 18th St, NE.
