“The Fifth District is currently investigating a shooting that occurred at approximately 9:30 pm tonight in the 1800 block of 3rd Street, NE. The Complainant sustained a gunshot wound to the hand. Lookout is for a Black male, unknown dress 5’9 130-145 lbs. Last seen in the east alley of the 1800 block of 3rd Street, NE
