The new distillery (which opened in January as only the second in Washington, D.C. since prohibition) will offer tours and tastes of One Eight Distilling’s latest, while Mason Dixie Biscuit Co. “Our spirits are wonderful alongside Southern-style comfort food,” said One Eight Distilling CEO Alexander (Sandy) Wood. “Naturally, we are delighted to be celebrating National Biscuits and Gravy Day with the most expert among us, Mason Dixie Biscuit Co.”
