From an email:

EatsPlace, the food incubator and pop-uppery, announces its next chef in resident. Baba’s Dumplings, helmed by Katy Chang, will make hand-kneaded dumplings and soup noodles. Katy is one of the founders of EatsPlace, and EatsPlace will also be featuring her Baba’s Cooking School line of award-winning hot sauce and a new line of bitters.

“One of the reasons I founded EatsPlace was to allow chefs to share their food with the community. I’m happy to have the opportunity to present my own food, which was inspired by my Baba (dad), who was a chef,” says Katy.

“I also am excited to be able to feature a line of Baba’s Cooking School Bitters as all natural aromatic flavor enhancers. In Chinese culinary tradition, bitter foods are keyed to the heart. So it is with all of my heart that I make and present these bitters.”

The pop-up will soft open starting this Saturday (1/10) with limited hours 6-9 and then regular hours starting on Sunday (1/11).

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
